Its web interface isnt directly new usernoob friendly but once your used to it its highly more flexible than most as airos is a fork of openwrt and robust however to be noted looks like sometime this year ubiquti has finally moved this router to legacy statusive had mine for 2 years and is still going strong if you can compile openwrt from scratch you can add support for usbstorage and use the airrouters usb port for network ministorage but the original intent was for the discontinued external usb antenna it looks like it outputs a max of 2a so this can be used tro fastcharge phonesubiquti markets this for lowend wireless isps but this is prettymuch isp grade hardware at consumer prices lt3

After the new neighbors moved in and apparently turned on their signal jammers we had to bite the bullet and get cable all the way over to a work station pod to replace it

I can currently see 52 wireless networks and signals here are terrible

This router never seems to require rebooting like the units you get at the local computer store

It allows access via ssh and telnet in addition to the traditional web gui

Dhcp reservation is absent but can be easily handled by setting the given device to static ip and the router will find it and assign it to that ip
