Pros
The drawer is very useful for things like nail clippers or diaper rash ointment. The front drawer is light-weight and feels a little cheap, but it doesn't fall out. A squeeze tube of desitin and q-tips in bottom drawer2.
This is structurally nice for my uses. About 20x up & up size 4 diapers. A bit heavy but it's handy to have in a living room or other room where you want a compact means of storing diapers and wipes.

Caddy is a nice solution to the multi-level home. Have a changing station upstairs and downstairs.
Cons
It's a shame because the functionality of it is what sold me. The drawer has to be pulled very hard for it to open. It's only half the depth of the caddy.

It didn’t fit the best on my changing table so i use it in the kids bathroom
