Quality
The length goes down almost to your ankles and i like the quality
I like that it has both zippers and snaps in case something ever goes wrong with the zipper
I am being very careful with the zipper as other reviewers have mentioned an issue with it
If i need to wear a sweater with the coat it is still fine
Packaging/appearance
The collar should either be made larger or cut down on the padding

I also have had to shovel snow and i had just a tshirt on and was warm
This coat kept me warm while chicago’s winter weather
I was also looking for more of a packable lighter weight puffer style long coat

They dont hold they break and they can frankly be a pain to zip up

Not a pleasant feelingthe length of the arms is perfect as ive mentioned but they are not very generous width wise in the upper arm region
