I have a decent record collection and needed to upgrade from a super basic numark pt01 i bought about 10 years ago which did me fine because i used to move around a lot and just needed something small and portable but was dying a slow death literally the motor was going out

We got the turntable and discovered that the preamp was not working properly and only sending out one channel

Amazon is pretty good with high level problems but not good at all with low level problems

Essentially we felt like we bought something that didnt work out of the box and we should be treated accordingly

Amazon definitely wanted to get us a new turntable but we had to return the turntable and wait until it processed until we were given our funds back
