Cue device gets in way while trying to replace belt.

We all know what happens to plastic if you keep folding it back and forth. It stretches and eventually breaks. The sub platter is also made of this pathetic grade of polystyrene.

The stuff buzzes like a kazoo, even when thick. The poly styrene pieces of this turntable are thinner than paper and full of anomalies and imperfections.

The belt drive system is exposed, and the rubber belt (more like a rubber band) does not stay in place. To switch rpm speeds, the user has to physically move the rubber band to an alternate spindle - inviting the band to fall off. Slips at 45 rpm and ... Read More

Im no audiophile maybe an aspiring audiophile but the overall quality is outstanding and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone

The difference in sound quality is more than obvious and aesthetically they knocked it out of the park for something thats so simple

I bought a tonearm lifter separately and that was easy

I added a a qup automatic tonearm raiser which is outrageously overpriced for what it is but i would recommend
