Pros

My 7 yr old uses the chaulk board nearly every day. My granddaughter is a very tall 6 yr old and the height adjustment makes it great for her. Great in developing both large and fine motor skills.

Dry erase and chalk board are nice. Has a chalk side and dry erase marker side. Only suggestion is to make the surfaces magnetic.

Cons

Looks like a design flaw as it broke right where preexisting hardware was installed. Awful to assemble, nothing matches up correctly.
