It is well worth the price of the product
I so wholeheartedly recommend for those who pride themselves on the quality of ingredients that go into their baking projects
It reacts wonderfully with the yeast too
It was very fresh with the “milled” date just 10 days prior to when i received it

The packaging also is great i love that it reseals
