Pros
You just need to make enough room for the little gold piece to go little farther into the adapter. When used in conjunction with a milwaukee solenoid, it works just as well as my other setup.

I used a shop drill to remove some extra material keeping the adapter from connecting and wound gas sealing thread tape around the threads on the regulator side of the adapter to be certain it wouldnt leak and it works like a charm
