The visual flame is more akin to a slot machine than a fire. The price is good but it's useless to buy if it dies within a year and you're out almost $400. It is very heavy and will likely cost a lot to ship.
There is a constant clicking when the fire is on without the heater. Stopped working after 1 year of use. Will not power up at all. Neither the remote or touch features work anymore.
