Pros

This is a very nice alternative to other products for its price, but it does have a few downsides. The quality is the same as my 10ftx4ft board which cost thousands.

The screws work fine with the properly sized anchors but you will need to source the appropriate anchors separately. Found a couple studs and * a level pine board up to them, then rested the markerboard on that.

It comes with one marker, no eraser. This helps relieve the pressure / bend on the glass when you write or erase. No ghosting or problems erasing.

Cons

Model 120u00-01 is, in fact, non-magnetic. Just piece of glass with matte back. Double check on manufacture website.

I guess you get what you pay for

And important is the price is pretty nice

Shipping

The regular delivery broke two of these and amazon was not forth coming with the reason until being questioned again and again

Only the scheduled delivery will handle it with care and even then see above pics for the slight damage

Packaging/appearance

It was packaged very well and securely came with all the right pieces to set it up on the wall and looks beautiful

Very well packaged with all hardware required for installation

Was packaged very thoroughly but still easy to open

Overall this is ok decent quality and packaging but the title is a little misleading

Competitiveness

I have other brands and this one writes well very clear on glass as compared to other brands that seem to look faint and washed out
