Pros
Wear it over your silicone cap when the pool is colder than usual or when the air is cooler. Warmer is there but is not the most important point. Keeps me warmer and keeps my * head from getting sunburned.
I love how durable it is. Really well made and arrived promptly. Same as previously owned cap.
Cons
In just a year it looks horrible - all cracked and wrinkled. It has a seam and leaves a line in my forehead when i take it off.

I wouldnt wear it on its own

The outside temperature was around 45 degrees and the water we had to go through was around 4045 degrees

Suggestion though would be to also wear a second cap nothing fancy just cheap
