Pros

The 36 fits very nicely and snug with no loose material. Other brands had too short of a * or low waist, however you want to look at it. They run true to size.

Cons

I love the short, but these are much smaller than advertised. I am not sure if it was a defective suit to begin with. Overall a very poor purchasing experience.

Speedo's endurance fabric is a much higher quality. The waistband area is fine, but the lower leg is not elastic and does not hug the leg. The * area has a small double layer of material only. We have several other similar swim pants and they all held... Read More

This is the best suit for anything other than competition and even then they would be serviceable

Update july 2019 my son has now worn these for 10 months 3x a week as well as at several competitions since my initial review in oct

I tried a cheaper brand but nothing holds up like tyr
