When attempting to create a boot drive for both windows and linux using this drive, neither worked. Upon plugging the c connector side into my macbook pro, there was a 'pop' and a wisp of smoke. Computer and pixel 2 xl see the same issue.
Not impressed at all. Good enough for casually moving some files, but not good enough for installing an os or anything important. Bad sign. Data transfer speed spikes for 0.
Returned & refunded. They're not even worth the cardboard box they come in. Just a waste of plastic and silicon.

After ejecting the device it reappears in less than a second and none of the normal mac solutions worked
