Pros
Easy plug and play with only three screws and an electric connector. Item works great and was a breeze to install. Installed easily blows great very happy.
Fit perfectly in a 2006 scion. Tc. There's a slight noise when fan first turns on like a baseball card in the spokes ( not loud but noticeable) runs quiet.
Cons
It is now september 2013 and the motor has stopped working. I hope i just got a lemon. There is only a 30 day return policy provided by amazon.

Its a little noisy when turned on max but its a cheap fan so dont turn it up that high

Apparently the overall design of the motor and bearing system is notoriously noisy
