Picture cut in and out when i got a new cable of a different brand everything worked well

After getting a full refund and a new cable i got an unexpected package with a new replacement unit that i was already refunded for and a very well written apology from the seller

The note offered an explanation as why there may have been a defect in that particular unit and offered the accompanying unit for free as an apology
