Pros
The pillow works well, but due to the tube which allows it to be adjusted, the padding should be thicker so you don’t feel it. As an insomniac to boot, my time asleep has been boosted!
Cons
It’s pretty thick to put underneath your neck. I wish i had because now i am stuck with an item that doesn't work.
