If i took two pills and sat on my ass these would really bother my stomach

Overall 5 stars because these really are the boost to get you to go that extra mile without noticing it and they do seem to help the metabolism out

I dont get jittery at all on one pill in the morning one in the afternoon

Them i have tried many fat burners but this by far is one of the best
