This is a natural mood enhancer, appetite cruncher, filler for those times when u wana snake but don't wana! Very mild and wonderful with milk. It is good earl grey flavor, with that hint of lemony (bergamot) that makes it so pleasant.

If you're a big tea drinker, like i am, twinings is the best. I go through quite a bit once the weather turns cool and twinings provides a good cuppa. But at any rate, the pre-2011 twinings tea is thebest.

I also tried earl grey by stash another leading tea brand that also provides economy packs and it was not particularly great

Tazo red rose bigelow all were crude imitations with an unpleasant taste at least as far as earl grey flavor goes
