Pros

The instructions that came with this bed are top notch. There are 3 different instruction booklets, there are a few occasions that you have to jump from one booklet to another. The customer service is top notch and the answered my call on 2 rings.

Cons

This looks like a decent product, but way overpriced. Screws pull out and wood warps due to piston forces. Videos for the assembly are incomplete.

I would highly recommend going with the solid plywood option

We looked at already assembled units but couldnt wrap our heads around the cost

Materials were purchased at menards and cost just under 300

Packaging/appearance

The only change i would do is add 10 more inches to the bedframe side rails which would bring the bed up higher

I’m a novice woodworker about a year in we’llequipped taking on 1 or 2 projects a month

Even the dyi videos were great to look at a couple of times
