Pros

Although it came in a deceivingly small package, this duvet insert is quite fluffy and warm. These are the epitome of softness and comfort. As light as this is, i still feel enveloped in a soft cloud.

The queen size ensures ample coverage for a restful night's sleep. It has loops on corners and sides that are very inconspicuous if you want to add a duvet cover to it. Price on point. Exactly as pictured and correct size.

Cons

Great lightweight comforter but impossible to remove the wrinkles. This one is very wrinkled in every seam area and smells so bad it’s laying in the washroom floor. If you're looking for warmth, this is not it!

It had all the loops needed for my duvet cover and came very quickly

Could not reach anyone as your office is on new york time we’re on california time

No issues with smells or anything straight out of the packaging

I washed and dried it as it came out the box and it went perfectly on my queen sized bed

Since the box couldnt close all the way there was a 1x10 inch section of the bag visible which had duct tape covering it

The box arrived with the illustration of a cloud on the outside 34have a good night dream in cloud34
