They help me to relax in the evening. My eyes relax with these on and i'm able to focus on the things that i want to look at instead of keeping my eyes away from bright/annoying lights. They help calm me for a restful night's sleep.

The concept behind these glasses are amazing and i am a full believer there is something to it. Not only are the glasses themselves made well but also the packaging and glass cases are top notch. Great lenses, good quality, slightly awkward fit.
Cons
The lenses are fine but the padded material and frame sit in a way where normal light leaks in from the top and bottom of the frame. It is definitely distracting. Glasses leak light from the sides and bottom.

I superglued some of it and it just continues to break further regardless for no reason

The foam padding near the nose was saturated with oils by around that time and im not sure how to clean it

The foam padding started slipping a bit since the glue started wearing off

Due in part to the frame breaking there are way more gaps for light to get through around the lense
