Pros

The twilight i mount, is lighter than the skyview pro and much sturdier than the versago. It holds an orion cf80ed or skywatcher 100ed without shaking. It would be a good match to a short focal ratio refracting telescope maybe up to a 100mm f7.

The alt-az slewing movements are smooth as are slo-mo. Slow motion controls are a joy, especially at higher magnifications.

The fit and finish are good. I'm pretty skeptical about that working, but it might be a pleasant surprise as well. Kudos to explore scientific for making a quality product.

It's an easy to use, no frills setup that is solidly built. The mount seems stable with the legs (tubular) fully extended and the spreader in place.

Its a nice match for that scope much nicer than the manfrotto tripod i had it on

In addition to the twilight i i have both the orion skyview pro equatorial mount and the orion versago eseries altaz mounts

Easily handles 102mm refractor or a 6inch maksutov telescopes

Thats good because i want a grabngo and while my c8 is not that much of an elephant i dont consider it a gng
