Pros & Cons
Pros
Handle is kind of short but the sharpness is amazing! It looks nice, feels sturdy, moves smoothly and is sharp.
These are the type manicurists tend to use in salons. The tiny jaw makes it so easy to get to cuticle or hangnail. I give my bf pedicures and since it has a smaller jaw, it allows me to really get in his cuticles without cutting into live skin.
Cons
This one is an epic fail for me. My biggest disappointment is that these nippers were not that sharp. It doesn't cut cleanly, just hacks away at the cuticle.
Highlights
Quality
The product works very well and is very well made
Great quality product – i didn’t like the ¼ jaw it requires you to make much more precise cuts when using i still haven’t mastered it
I do like the quality though but wish it didnt need so much maintenance
I purchased the tweezerman due to the solid name brand and that they were stainless steel and not made in viet nam
Packaging/appearance
Packaging looked a little old and worn but that doesnt matter they arent a gift
Competitiveness
You can never go wrong with tweezerman products
I eventually bought another tweezerman stainless cuticle nipper 12 jaw – they work much better
I had an old tweezerman nipper which was becoming dull
