Pros
All the fasteners are metal (many of ikea's drawer fastener are plastic) it's stronger than plywood, which is probably due to the fact that it's mostly glue.
It completes the room so well. They are a very cheap quality plastic that look and feel. Nevertheless, this is a very lice looking dresser.
The instructions are terrible, but once you get going it becomes pretty easy to figure out. It does takes time and patience to build though, so be prepared! Glue and screw down.
Cons
The wooden boards are thick and the dresser has metal sliders, but it has a number of problems. The craftsmanship here is simply terrible. This dresser is flimsy and it takes time and patience to put it together.
The design is nice and sleek, but what annoys me is the cheap plastic handles for the drawers. Drawers come off the guides whenever a drawer is opened. The drawers are a bit shallow as well.
It was a little difficult to assemble, the directions aren't the best. The instructions are horrible. Just pictures and numbers. The directions are lame.

Line them up just like in the picture and wood glue and screw the back hole through the big hole

Also the glue that was included in the package spilled on one of the panels however we were able to scrape the glue off without any damage so in the end it was fine

It is made of particle board but as anyone who has purchased particle board furniture in the past knows there is nothing wrong with particle board as long as you laminate something attractive over the top
