Bought this for my daughters halloween costume. Great for costume party and play. You definitely need shorts under it as it is a true tutu not a skirt.
Cons
It's too late to reorder. Like toddler size for a 7-8 year old is very wrong. There aren’t any led lights anywhere in it, which is disappointing.
The skirt is just separate pieces of fabric draped. Barely covered her rear end. Also, it is not possible to twist the flower back in place, unless maybe you can squish and glue it or maybe sew it.

Only down sides where the sequins are on the bodice they rub on my daughters skin and leaves a red patch

Other down side they destroyed the wings in quick order my daughter said she didn’t like how they fit and they ripped them apart

The tutu part is just tulle tied in knots around the waste so the child will need shorts or leggings underneath
