The only item to beware of is that when removing them the glue tends to stick and requires some sort of solvent to remove

But i bought some clear thumb tacks and hammered one into each side after sticking it because the suns heat will melt the adhesive

If you painted i wouldn’t even use the adhesive strip just the thumbtacks
