Because the platter of this turntable is actually part of the induction motor system i was concerned that the extra weight might destabilize the speed adjustable but this was not a problem

I researched for months before deciding on the turntable labs weight its heavier smaller footprint than most and cheaper than the project which is a little heavier but not by much and is overpriced as youre paying for the name brand and a fancy box
