After some practice it gives just the right amount of resistancemine has been stood outside over two winters and has been used 2 or 3 times a week the bag is deforming a little bit doesnt quite stand up straight anymore and the cover is pealing off

Tubular section was very roughly cut as i had to file down all round or hands would be cut to pieces
