Not as much pain in the joints that were always inflammed. Amp; absorbency is easy no problems with my stomach.
Cons
The turmeric curcumin super strength 1200 mg per serving hype is just that, highly misleading at best. Did not due me any good at all. The dosage is high. Burma, ethiopia andethiopia have high levels of c-reactive protein.
