I have been taking turmeric for a while now it has made a difference in the over all effect of inflammation on my body
Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric but its actually quite low so other sources of curcumin have to be used as well and that is why they dont call it just turmeric
Curcumin great antiinflammatory benefits and is a strong antioxidant
Im still early enough into it to be able to control the pain and turmeric curcumin works great for the majority of my pain and inflammation
