I am new to using turmeric
I have never tried turmeric for joint pain though ive heard it recommended by naturopaths for years
Ive used the turmeric extract one dropper full twice a day for two days and it really does seem to help my pain im glad i finally tried turmeric because i prefer using natural remedies as opposed to allopathic medications
