Pros

Grinder is adjustable by unscrewing parts by hand. Grinds well and captures the spice in an attached cup. This grinder is very small, but it grinds well.

It's much easier to get a grip on it with the base on it. Easy to use, great construction.

It collects the grounds and allows you to control the amount of pepper you wish to use.

Even with the slightly chunky pepper it delivers, it's still much better than any pre-ground pepper. The mouth is large enough to fit your measuring spoon into. No mess in the cupboard.

Cons

This pepper grinder is heavy and hard to use. The grinding is even worse. I have another plastic grinder that came with pepper corns that grinds much better.
