Very pleased with the purchase. This knife is an excellent value for the money. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality for such a reasonable price. This is a fantastic knife.

Very sharp, durable, and comfortable to hold. Razor sharp, kept an edge and haven't even got it with a steal yet. I use it for all delicate cutting now even over more expensive options.

Clean it right when your done dont ever even think of putting it in the dishwasher type of knife. Used in professional kitchen. Im a chef so i work with various knifes and this knife is really good quality.
