Pros

You can chop 7 pounds of onions, bell peppers, celery, and green onions in less than 20 minutes. Canning season starts soon and this will get a total work out.

Cons

The head part of the fulcrum is cumbersome to get off. There is a screw that holds the lever in place that falls put after every 5 presses. Hand wash only and cumbersome changing out cutting head on top and bottom.
