Parallette bars are lightweight and very sturdy. They are very sturdy on both hardwood floor and carpet. Easy to assemble.
Cons
Plastic is a terrible idea for paralallettes. They’re noticeably harder and less comfortable than wood. It’s a hazard, possibly sprain or break wrists in the process.

I did find a solution though i wrapped the rails with tourna grip which is used for tennis rackets

Note to the manufacturer i realize that wood is not an option due to the design and potential for the slots to crack but please consider some type of absorbant material for the rails
