My gymnastics is 5 yrs old and 12 y years old. My oldest daughter is a level 4 gymnast and the bar is very stable, even on padded carpet. It is very sturdy and great for practicing.
This is extremely sturdy. It is soo sturdy. I have peice of mind that tumbl trak will not collapse.
Easy to assemble and reassemble. Sturdy and very easy to assemble.
My 6,10 and 13 year old are obsessed with this bar since getting it for christmas. She is 9 yrs old but on the smaller size so it works for her along with her 4 yr old sister. My tall 12 year old enjoys using it along with my 6 and 9 year old.
Very pleased with the product. Very impressed with this product. This bar is the absolute best!
Cons
The product is very unstable and unsafe. I am a gymnast myself and there are a lot of bad bars but this is the worst. Amazon's only solutions are (1) to give me a 66% refund or (2) for me to return the one piece i have. It is very frustrating.

With it set as low as it will go they used sofa cushion as a safety pads and managed to use it even with the 7 ft ceiling and ceiling fan
I had trouble with the mat slipping on the hardwood floor so under the bar i placed an old area rug and now my mat doesnt slip at all

We did an extensive research on gymnastics bars for our daughter and after looking at the competition this was by far the best
Great solid piece of gymnastics equipment at a reasonable price
The next day we disassembled and trucked it to their home where the garage has sufficient room to use it closer to competition height

If you have hardwood floors i would suggest getting a nonslip pad for under the gym mat
