These are pull a dot snaps so they have to be closed and unsnapped at an angle

About difficulty with closing the snap start closing the button at the bottom and roll up finishing at the top of the button to unsnap start at the top and push down this is called a dot button and is usefull so the snap does not come unsnapped accidently
