Pros

They’re very comfortable and supportive under your heels as you walk. A small or standard works for a kids size 3-5. Are comfortable in any shoe.

Best at stopping pain. No more foot or heel pain. And very reasonably priced. Eliminating the pain.

Also, lots of medical grade inserts and other rubberized products. Helps with pain relief broken tibia & fibula in lower leg. Was recommended by my chiropractor in maple grove mn.

Cons

Too collapsible, did not cushion to relieve pain. Too small and the cushioning on the heel is too thin. Needs the cushion under the heel to be much thicker.
