Pros

My grandson has severe disease brought on by baseball cleats. He has a deformed metatarsal and a hammer toe. They are very comfortable and allowed him to comfortably play 3 full soccer games this weekend.

These heel cups are awesome. They are thicker and give more support. My only beef with it is that because it is so flexible, it curls sometimes.

Cons

Awful seller. Money down the drain. Wanted to return but item is not returnable.

Didn't work for my plantars fasciitis. Might as well walk barefoot.
