Pros

These cushion my heels like nothing ever before. My only beef with it is that because it is so flexible, it curls sometimes when trying to get your foot in your shoe so it requires a little finagling to uncurl it.

The product is fairly good - as advertised for the most part. It lessons the pain. Really a life saver. We will update if the heel pain is gone.

Cons

Felt the actual underside texture of the insole… removed them immediately and threw away. The only way this product works is if you’re barefoot and standing on it.
