Silicone heel cups are soft and comfortable and don't slide. The cushion heel is a bonus. Provides needed cushioning.
They are clear, so unnoticeable. They are washable. Is not intrusive.
Fits well. Works great with my keds to give my heel some extra support. They work perfectly!

Its a hard plastic ankle brace that fits under the foot and alongside the ankle and about halfway up the back of the calf
