Its essentially just a regular sling stud bipod with the picatinny sling stud included

Not that big of a deal as i only ever plan on using it in the 6 setting but if this was used for tactical competitions like what i use my remington 700 in its much easier to have a bipod that retracts quickly instead of fiddling with trying to compress the small springs by the feet

Oh and a small detail it is not a spring return it is a spring extension
