Pros
Took at least a few hours to assemble the frame. Operation is simpler than other futons i've seen. Easy to clean and have help up very well with many different renters.
This futon is very sturdy. It's beautiful, arrived quicker than expected, and i love it. The wood is high quality and the craftsmanship top-notch.
It is exactly what i was hoping for. Exactly as pictured and described.
Customer service is above and beyond. It is nice to know that customer care still exists. Excellent packaging as well.
Cons
It's so difficult to make this go from bed to futon couch it’s not worth the money.

Too quality great instructions other then the final step one person can put this together
Packaging/appearance
Only defect found was one of the boards had no inserts in the drilled holes
Competitiveness
All in all it’s pretty decent but def shouldn’t have been a 500 purchase
