Pros
Tubshroom works for bathtubs that have a shower head. Makes life easy, prevents bathtub drain glogs. Only one it makes a loud gurgling noise when the water drains as you shower.
The gizmo catches hair exceptionally well. It fit into my drain but not all the way down. Still catches hair. They get alot of hair in the tub.
Bottom line this thing works just as advertised. I've very grateful that it works just like it says. It just works! I'm pretty shocked this tubshroom works so well!
Cons
Very cheap and frustrating. I wish the product had better longevity. Save your money and skip on this useless product.
The surface is convex (slight upside down bowl shape) over the drain opening. Water collects around it and that area gets covered in soap scum. Try the sinkshroom instead.

I have 2daughters with long hair and every 34 weeks the tub would stop draining and i had to use a little plastic drain opener and push it in and out to pull the hair out

The width of the hair i would pull out of there was the diameter of a quarter and it was 12 13 inches long so disgusting

I took out my normal drain cap and out the shroom in and every so often maybe every couple weeks you just have to lift up the shroom and the hair is wrapped around it so you just have to pull that off and it’s good to go

Just put on rubber gloves and peel off the dried hair and throw the hairball in the trash before you get into the shower the next time

You know when its time to take it out and clean which is very easy to do when the tub isnt draining as good
