Pros
It is cushy but not too cushy. The rounded side fits perfectly on my dining room chair. My current chair basically has no padding and this was able to fit on top of my seat just fine.
It's soft, cushiony and has little 'grippers' on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. The one downside is it does not stay in place, even though it says non slip.
Cons
The cushion squishes flat when i sit on it. I’m not a very big person and it seemed small for me and way more uncomfortable than my * $40 office chair.
