They are a beautiful multicolored amber and really add some class to the guitar i put them on which features a honey sunburst finish

They also protect the bridge from damage and gouging caused by tying strings the traditional way

There is a much more pronounced angle from the bridge to the saddle making the contact point and break a bit more accurate in my opinion

These string ties do provide protection and a better string angle though they are bit pricey and somewhat of an indulgence
