Pros
Used 2 lengths (about 18-24 inches each) for 2. Pounds. Made 6 pounds of sausages with 3 strips of hog casing. This is about 3rd tone we have purchased.
Easy to clean, very difficult to mount on stuffer. Key is rinsing them well and using water as a lubricant. Went onto stuffer tube relatively easily. Washing and putting them on the nozzle is no problem.
Cons
Those cases are completely irregular in diameter and thickness. Can not use this to boil in water.
Too small for the average italian sausage stuffing cone. They really are disgusting and stink. They are impossible to thread on the cone.

Im just not so satisfied with the way they packaged it was hard to get them opened
As for the stink follow the directions on package and refrigerate the pack before opening

In comparison to other brands they seemed like a lot more shorter casings and more pin holes visible during the flushing process
