The reason i bought new locks was because the lock i used last year’s trip was broken by tsa and was told it wasn’t tsa standard

When it’s open and the lock is turned away so you can add it to your luggage the lock sometimes won’t spin back to the lock position without using the key first

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars due to the fact that the metal arm is too short

Had to open them for security checks and it helped that the keys were not unique

On the trip back through the airport tsa opened both of our suitcases left a note inside saying they had opened them and then relocked the suitcases

Last time coming back from overseas tsa broke one of my locks and left a note in my luggage stating they did it to verify what was in my luggage

The only thing i didn’t like about them is the key ring that the keys were on was real flimsy and didn’t feel like it would hold up to much i solve this problem simply by adding it to my regular key ring
