It works well, is easy to clean, and looks good on your countertop. Couldn't be happier and will likely buy again someday.

Vendors strive to make things right at all cost. They stand behind their product. I wish all vendors could be so gracious in their customer service.

Build feels sturdier and blades don't shred skin. Guards fit securely and don't rattle like crazy. Still a good shaver.

Battery longevity is awful. This battery is prone to overcharging.

The head falls off consistently. The motor is inconsistent. Biggest problem is with trimming attachments which are cheap plastic.
