Pros

There are no instructions for installation but it's very easy. Easy to install. Perfect fit and easy installation.

Cons

The mounting hardware is cheap metal with bad threads. The nut is a garbage pressed metal bracket of sorts. Terrible packaging - netting came all tangled up.
